You can browse our store and add items to your cart without an account, but you'll need to register and log in to complete checkout and place an order. You'll be prompted to log in if you haven't already when you reach checkout.

Each email address can only be linked to one Kitchen Konnections Mart account. However, different family members can each have their own account using unique email addresses.

Yes! You can save multiple delivery addresses in your Shopify account. Please note that all items in a single order are delivered to one address. To send products to different addresses, place separate orders.

From My Account you can track active orders, view your full order history, manage saved delivery addresses, and update your contact details — all in one place.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can also log in to My Account at any time to view your active orders and their current status.

We also carry top brands like Aachi, MTR, Amul, Everest, MDH, Haldirams, and our own Kitchen Konnections label.

All orders are fulfilled from our Kitchen Konnections Pte Ltd store located at 10 Ubi Crescent, Lobby E, #02-87, Ubi TechPark, Singapore 408564. We source authentic, quality-checked Indian groceries and deliver them directly to you.

We update our inventory regularly on the website. If an item is marked "Sold Out", it is currently unavailable. In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our team will contact you promptly and offer suitable alternatives.

Yes! Visit our Flash Sale page for time-limited offers on select products. Flash Sale prices are only available while stocks last, so grab them quick. We recommend checking back regularly for new deals.
