Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled by us under the following circumstances:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock
  • The product has been discontinued
  • We are unable to deliver the order within the committed timeline
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfillment

In such cases, customers will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and any payment received will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing timelines.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only where:

  • The ordered product is unavailable
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by us
  • The cancellation is initiated by us due to operational, delivery, or supply issues
  • The wrong or damaged product has been delivered

Perishable, frozen, chilled, or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return or refund unless delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
