Brewing coffee (decoction)
- Put 6-7 tbsp Coffee powder heaped into the perforated part of filter.
- Put the filter on top of coffee powder.
- Pour boiling water upto 3/4 of filter. Lightly tap the filter.
- Close the lid, wait for 15 mins.
- This is the first filtered coffee and will be strong.
- Add boiling water again upto rim. Close lid. Wait 15 mins.
- Decoction (filtered coffee) will collect in the vessel below.
How to make coffee
Boil 3-4 cups of milk till it starts to rise, stir well, add sugar (as per taste), and then add the filtered decoction. Switch off gas.
To get the foam on top, pour coffee from tumbler to davarah. Enjoy your coffee??
